Unblocked MCP works with GitHub Copilot inside JetBrains IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and WebStorm.

Quick install (macOS and Linux)

Run the following command to install Unblocked MCP:
The script downloads the Unblocked CLI and sets up your supported agents.
The install script supports macOS and Linux. On Windows, follow the install guide for your app.
The installer configures the Unblocked MCP server for GitHub Copilot in your installed JetBrains IDEs. If you already have the Unblocked CLI installed, run unblocked install instead.

Manual install (macOS, Windows, Linux)

Configure your GitHub Copilot MCP settings with the remote Unblocked MCP server. Consult the install instructions for other clients for the connection parameters, and contact us if you need help.
